LEX-1200: Controlled Machining and Cutting Cycle Management
The LEX-1200 performs grinding with automatic pressure regulation on the glass to limit mechanical stress and ensure constant dimensional stability. Clamping is maintained by a holding assembly that guarantees continuous pressure during machining. Two processing speeds are available to adapt the cycle time to the laboratory’s workflow. A specific soft grinding mode preserves the alignment of hydrophobic-treated lenses. Dedicated modes are provided for different organic materials, including Trivex.
