Das IOLMaster 500 konnte 8 von 55 Augen mit posterioren subkapalsul\u00e4ren Katarakten (LOCS III psc Grad \u2265 4) nicht quantifizieren. Bei 47 Augen wurden AL-Messungen beider Instrumente f\u00fcr Vergleiche genutzt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Das IOLMaster 700 ist genauso pr\u00e4zise wie das IOLMaster 500 bei der Erfassung biometrischer Daten. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen mit ihm biometrische Messungen bei einigen Patienten durchgef\u00fchrt werden, die mit dem IOLMaster 500 aufgrund einer komplizierten posterioren subkapsul\u00e4ren Katarakt nicht gemessen werden konnten. Ziel ist es, das Risiko refraktiver \u00d6ffnungen zu verringern.,\u00a0 <span>IOLMaster 700<\/span><span>\u00a0Bietet\u00a0<\/span>pr\u00e4zise und hochgradig wiederholbare Messungen der Linsen- und Hornhautdicke des Auges.
